1. Before booking
How does booking work?
Choose your package and stay dates. We will check availability and confirm your booking within 24 hours.
A Swikly link will then be sent to you to pay your deposit online — no debit will be made.
Once the deposit is validated, your booking is definitively confirmed and we will arrange a delivery slot together.
Where do you operate?
We operate in Bordeaux, in the municipalities of Bordeaux Métropole, as well as in Saint-André-de-Cubzac and its surroundings, on the Arcachon Basin (ocean side), and in Royan and its neighboring towns.
Delivery and collection are included for Bordeaux Métropole.
A supplement of €30 is applied for the Arcachon Basin (ocean side) and Royan.

What are the delivery slots?
Deliveries and collections are made within the following slots:
• 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
The precise slot is agreed upon together after your booking confirmation.

2. Hygiene, safety & equipment
Is the equipment installed?
The equipment is delivered ready to use.
Installation can be carried out on site when possible.
How do you guarantee hygiene and safety?
Each piece of equipment is prepared with the utmost care between each rental:
• rigorous cleaning
• adapted disinfection
• systematic control
• equipment compliant with safety standards
How is the bed linen washed?
The linen is washed with L'Arbre Vert Famille & Bébé detergent — hypoallergenic, certified European Ecolabel and suitable for babies' sensitive skin.
Do you offer additional equipment?
Yes. If you have a specific need, we can add or adapt certain elements subject to availability.

3. Payment & bank imprint
Is a deposit required?
A bank imprint of €150 to €300, depending on the package, is taken via Swikly before delivery.
It is not debited and is automatically released after the equipment is returned.

4. Professionals & specific requests
Do you offer solutions for professionals or groups?
Yes. We support concierges, agencies, hotels, event organizers and groups with specific needs.
We can prepare several packages, adapt equipment and organize coordinated deliveries according to your constraints.
